A Mother's Love

Now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.
1 Corinthians 13:13

Few things in life are as precious or as enduring as a mother's love. Our mothers give us life, and they  care for us. They nurture us when we are sick and encourage us when we're brokenhearted. Indeed, a mother's love is both powerful and priceless.
The words of 1st Corinthians 13 remind us that faith is important; so, too, is hope. But love is more important still. Christ showed His love for us on the cross, and , as Christians, we are called upon to return Christ's love by sharing it. Sometimes love is easy (puppies and sleeping children come to mind), and sometimes love is hard (fallible human beings come to mind). But God's Word is clear: We are to love our families and our neighbors without reservation or condition.
As a caring mother, you are not only shaping the lives of your loved ones; you are also, in a very real sense, reshaping eternity. It's a big job, a job so big, in fact, that God saw fit to entrust it to some of the most important people in His kingdom: loving moms like you.

There is no more influential or powerful role on earth than a mother's. ~ Charles Swindoll

Above all, keep your love for one another at full strength, since love covers a multitude of sins.
1 Peter 4:8

The things we learn from our mothers are forever in our hearts, my mother passed away a year ago this month but I will always remember all the important life lessons she taught me and I can rejoice knowing she is in Heaven with all the other angels.

it's seems that you and your mom had a beautiful relationship. I lost my mom too and my dad, a sister and two brothers in less than two years and just knowing that one day, if i keep my focus and lifestyle toward God, we will all be together again one day. That's what keep me strong. Just stand on the word of God and he will strengthen your heart. Be blessed sweetie.

Thank you so much for the encouragement, I am keeping my eyes to the Lord and it does help so much, I really can't imagine getting through this without Him. I am sorry for all that you have lost, bless you.
